EU:
Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

 

Shipping Provider:
All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or GLS through our fulfillment partner, Byrd Technologies Germany GmbH.

Delivery Times:

• Within Germany: 2–4 business days.
• International: 4–12 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays or customs processing for international orders).

Customs Fees:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. These costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer. For specific information on applicable fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.

Special Conditions:
Unfortunately, local pickup is not available.
